Job Title **PMO – Finacle Core Banking Program (6-Month Contract)** **Location:** Mumbai (Work from Office) **Employment Type:** Contract (6 Months) **Industry:** Banking / Small Finance Bank. About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Project Management Office (PMO) Professional** to support the execution of **Phase 2 implementation and enhancement of Finacle Core Banking System (CBS)** and associated banking applications for a leading Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **Banking Technology PMO** , **Finacle CBS** , stakeholder coordination, project governance, and Agile delivery tracking. Key Responsibilities - Establish and operate the Program Management Office (PMO) for Finacle CBS initiatives. - Maintain and govern RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) logs. - Track and manage project action items and ensure timely closure. - Maintain project governance artifacts including escalation matrix and communication plans. - Coordinate and monitor Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Report Requirement Documents (RRDs), and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), including preparation status and business sign-offs. - Track sprint-wise development progress across Finacle CBS and integrated upstream/downstream applications. - Monitor build deliveries, Business Process Definitions (BPDs), data refresh activities, and overall project readiness. - Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and testing teams to ensure milestone adherence. - Monitor test case preparation and execution progress. - Track security validation and interface approvals with Information Security teams. - Drive daily governance meetings, weekly status reviews, and steering committee updates. - Prepare and publish project dashboards, MIS, status reports, and executive presentations. - Manage release plans and coordinate release readiness with internal stakeholders. - Track project deliverables against agreed timelines and escalate risks proactively. - Coordinate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Key Deliverables - Integrated Project Plan - RAID Register - Action Tracker - Daily/Weekly Governance Cadence - Steering Committee Updates - Executive Status Reports - Release Tracker - Project Dashboard & MIS Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory - 6–10 years of overall experience in IT Project Management / PMO. - Hands-on experience supporting **Finacle Core Banking System (CBS)** implementation, enhancement, migration, or transformation programs. - Experience working with Banking, Small Finance Bank, Private Bank, or Financial Services organizations. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum delivery, and project governance. - Experience in tracking BRDs, FSDs, testing, releases, and project milestones. - Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills. - Excellent reporting, documentation, and presentation skills. Preferred - Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools. - Experience working with multiple application integrations in banking ecosystems. - Understanding of Information Security review processes and release governance. - PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Desired Candidate Profile - Strong ownership mindset with excellent follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. - Excellent communication and executive reporting skills. - Comfortable working with senior business and technology stakeholders. - Able to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai throughout the engagement.
