Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - **Job Scheduling & Monitoring** - Create, schedule, and manage batch jobs - Monitor job executions and resolve failures - Handle dependencies and workflows - **Administration & Maintenance** - Install, configure, and upgrade Control-M components - Manage Control-M servers, agents, and databases - Apply patches and perform system health checks - **Troubleshooting** - Analyze job failures and system issues - Work with application and infrastructure teams to resolve problems - Maintain logs and incident reports - **User & Security Management** - Manage user access and roles - Ensure security and compliance policies are followed - **Automation & Optimization** - Improve scheduling efficiency - Automate repetitive tasks - Optimize job performance and resource utilization **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of **Control-M (BMC)** tools - Understanding of **job scheduling concepts** - Experience with **Unix/Linux or Windows systems** - Basic **scripting skills (Shell, Python, etc.)** - Knowledge of **databases(Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)** - Familiarity with **file transfers (FTP/SFTP)**
