Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Hands-on experience with Control-M (v9.x or higher) and CA7 job scheduling tools. - Proficiency in job setup, jobstream definition, calendars, and scheduling criteria. - Strong skills in batch job automation and management across distributed (Windows/Linux) and mainframe environments. - Troubleshooting of job failures, dependency handling, and performance tuning. - Scripting knowledge: Shell, Python, or Control-M Embedded Scripts. - Familiarity with ITIL framework Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. - Experience in Control-M GUI, Configuration Manager, and Control-M/Enterprise Manager. - Exposure to SLA monitoring and alerting using Control-M/CA7. - Basic knowledge of database operations and file transfers. **Must Have:** - Expertise in Control-M and CA7 job scheduling. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Good communication and coordination abilities. - Good to Have: - Knowledge of Autosys, TWS, or UC4. - Experience with cloud-based job scheduling. - Familiarity with ServiceNow. **Preferred candidate profile**
