**Copilot & AI Operations Specialist** We are looking for a highly motivated Copilot & AI Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the organization's Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and Cowork ecosystem. The role will be responsible for AI platform operations, governance, adoption, reporting, licensing, billing, and financial management to ensure maximum business value and controlled AI consumption across the enterprise. **Key Responsibilities** · Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, allocation, optimization, and governance. · Drive Copilot, Agent, and Cowork adoption across business functions. · Administer and govern Copilot Studio agents throughout their lifecycle. · Develop executive dashboards and analytics for adoption, utilization, ROI, and value realization. · Manage billing plans, spending controls, AI credits, agent credits, and Cowork credit consumption. · Establish and enforce agent policies, licensing policies, and spending governance frameworks. · Partner with IT, Security, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to maximize AI value. **Required Skills** · Microsoft 365 Copilot Administration · Copilot Studio & AI Agent Management · Licensing, Billing & Consumption Management · Governance, Compliance & Policy Management · Stakeholder & Vendor Management · Data Analytics & Executive Reporting Ideal Candidate 3-7 years of experience in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365 Administration, AI Operations, End User Services, or Platform Governance with strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
