Copilot Studio Project Manager

Job description

The Copilot Studio Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design, development, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions across the organization. This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, AI governance, and solution delivery to ensure successful implementation of conversational AI agents, automation workflows, and generative AI experiences that drive business value. Project Management - Lead end-to-end delivery of Copilot Studio projects from initiation through production deployment. - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. - Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests. - Monitor project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements. - Translate business needs into AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio. - Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and solution reviews. - Manage stakeholder expectations and drive executive alignment. Solution Design & Delivery - Oversee the design and implementation of Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences. - Work closely with Power Platform developers, solution architects, and AI specialists. - Ensure integration with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure AI services, and enterprise systems. - Validate business requirements, workflows, and user acceptance criteria. Governance & Compliance - Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, and governance standards. - Establish best practices for conversational design, knowledge management, and agent lifecycle management. - Monitor responsible AI and compliance requirements. Adoption & Change Management - Drive user adoption through communication, training, and enablement programs. - Develop training materials, user guides, and support documentation. - Measure business outcomes, user engagement, and ROI. Reporting & Analytics - Track KPIs and project success metrics. - Analyze usage, performance, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Present project updates and business value realization to leadership. **Key Skills Required** - Strong expertise in handling Microsoft Copilot Studio Projects - Good Understanding of AI governance frameworks, policies, and controls - Good understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and risk mitigation practices - Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and governance best practices - Good Knowledge with Microsoft Purview, Security, Compliance, and Information Protection capabilities - Basic understanding of security, access controls, DLP policies, and environment strategies - Experience conducting governance reviews, compliance assessments, and audits - Ability to define operating models, standards, and governance processes for AI solutions **Mandatory Skills Required** - Copilot Studio - Enterprise Architecture and Solution Design - Environment Strategy and Lifecycle Management - Governance Operating Models and Standards - Change Management and Adoption Strategy
