**Position Overview** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Multilingual QA & Editorial Specialist** to support critical quality assurance and editorial requirements across multiple **AI-driven projects.** This role requires specialized expertise in multilingual content management and style editing, with a focus on ensuring high-quality deliverables across diverse language markets. **Key Responsibilities** **Language Management:** Provide quality assurance support for copyediting manuscripts in multiple languages **Prompt Engineering**: Convert client requirements into actionable prompts and validate existing prompt structures for optimal performance **Quality Control:** Conduct comprehensive QC reviews post-SME completion to ensure accuracy and consistency **Feedback Management**: Track, analyze, and communicate client feedbacks. **Documentation Review**: Review and validate rulebook/guideline documentation for accuracy and completeness **Administrative Support**: Manage project-related administrative tasks and maintain project documentation in English Design and develop comprehensive test cases for tool performance monitoring **Assessment Tools**: Support level assessment tool to measure project outcomes **Administrative Management**: Handle administrative responsibilities and project coordination tasks **Required Qualifications** **Master's degree** in Science More than **5 years** of experience in **copyediting, quality assurance, copyediting tools, and team management skills** **Technical Skills** Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with QA tools and test case management systems Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering principles Strong understanding of style guides and editorial standards **Language Requirement**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work across different projects and adapt to changing requirements **Team Collaboration**: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Client Focus**: Experience in managing client feedback and implementing improvements **Documentation Skills**: Ability to create clear, comprehensive documentation and reports
