- **Role & responsibilities** **Position:** Core Java, GUI & Rich Client Developer (Immediate Joiners) **Location:** Bangalore **Experience:** 4-8 Years **Notice Period:** Immediate to 15 Days Preferred **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Core Java Developer with strong expertise in GUI and Rich Client application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing high-performance desktop applications using Java technologies. **Required Skills:** - 4-8 years of experience in **Core Java development**. - Strong knowledge of Java Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns. - Hands-on experience in **GUI development using Swing, JavaFX, SWT**, or similar frameworks. - Experience with **Rich Client Platforms (RCP)** and desktop application development. - Strong understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** principles. - Experience in client-server architecture and **REST API integration**. - Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain **Java-based Rich Client applications**. - Build responsive and user-friendly **GUI solutions**. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Eclipse RCP or related frameworks. - Exposure to Linux and Windows desktop environments. - Knowledge of software testing and automation practices.
