**Hi All,** **Greetings for the Day!** **Role :** **Corporate Accounting Specialist**. **Client**: ARES Management. **Shift Timing:** 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, General Shift (5 Days WFO) C2H Model (Conversion and Extension) **Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai, 400072** **Role & responsibilities** **Job Title Corporate Accounting Specialist** **Role Overview** The Corporate Accounting Specialist supports monthend, quarterend, and yearend close activities, ensures accurate Local GAAP reporting, and manages VAT, tax, reconciliations, and intercompany processes. **Key Responsibilities:** **Financial Reporting & Close** - Support in preparation of UK Local GAAP financials, including notes and disclosures. - Roll forward quarterly UK financials and refresh TB, BS, and P\\&L. - Prepare quarterly JEs. - Support financial preparation for the Dutch branch. **VAT, Tax & Compliance** - Assist in preparing VAT returns: invoice download, VAT reclass JEs, PRFs. - Prepare CIT payment request form (PRF) and follow up on payments. **Reconciliations & Controls** - Perform Trintech reconciliations. - Update taxreconciliations - Refresh Transfer Pricing model. **Intercompany & Reporting** - Prepare UK intercompany files (netting, PRFs, reconciliations). - Support creation of quarterly board pack. **Audit Support** - Provide documentation and resolve auditor queries. **Preferred candidate profile** - Candidate Must have Completed his Chartered Accountant (CA) - Must have worked in Big 4 or must have worked in Corporate - 2+ years into UK Process or UK domain (Must) - This would Project based 6 Months (C2H Contract on Hire) - 2 Rounds of interview (Face to Face) at Client Place - Immediate or 30 Days Notice Period. **Note:** - **Qualified CA only** - **2+ years into UK Domain** - **Face to Face interview** - **No Cab Facility provided** **You can apply through email or reach out for more details.** **Regards** **Nithin N** **Mail ID: nnithin@astoncarter.com** **Contact Details: 8660251618.**
