**Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.Culture Anchor:Think like an Entrepreneur - Encourages new ideas, helps teams improve, and supports them in taking up challengesPractice Emotional Intelligence - Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.Transform Continuously - Explores opportunities and encourages teams to improve processes and systems for better delivery.Recognize Reward Success - Recognizes hard work, supports talent growth, and ensures fair rewards and development. **Duties and Responsibilities** Duties and Responsibilities:Role:- Work as part of audit team for one of the largest, most prestigious NBFC rapidly growing fintech company in India - With various BFL Fin-tech initiative, candidate need to have agility to adopt to new changes and put state of art Audit process for overall Information technology and Fin-tech initiatives. - Candidate is expected to have technical understanding of IT Infrastructure and ITGC controls such as Change Management, infra Security etc. - Candidate must have good knowledge of regulatory guidelines - Develop sustainable framework for IT audit with specific focus on IT Security for BFL and Group companies - Responsible for creating Annual Operating Plan and ensure its seamless execution throughout the year, comprising of IT General Controls and Application Controls. - Work jointly with a dynamic team of ~20 professionals having diversified experience CAs/Engineers/MBAs (Integrated Audit)Leadership: - Demonstrate leadership audit management skills in order to handle internal audits at IT head, MD Audit committee level reporting - Develop rapport with IT Business teams for adding value through audit recommendations - Bring new knowledge on the board and keep updated with rapidly changing technology environment - Work with Technical process team and constantly challenge status quo for bringing value addition - Support IT reviews in other group entities like holding company, investment company insurance companies **Required Qualifications and Experience** Required Qualifications:Qualifications:- Computer Engineer with 12-15 years of experience in reputed companies /big consulting firms Technology Risk assurance domain - CISA / CISSP / CISM is strongly recommended - Srong domain knowledge of information technology areas its impact on business processes in BFSI sector Leadership Skills: - Proven skill set in handling complex set of stakeholders at all levels. - Proven skill set in managing team of diverse skillsets - Highly motivated, self-starter, Agile, Quick Learner - Excellent oral and written communication, analytical skills, clarity of thoughts and perseverance. - Demonstrated success achievement orientation
