**Manager – Corporate Relations (Global Finance Certifications)** **Location:** Bengaluru / Chennai (Base location: either Bengaluru or Chennai) **Travel:** Extensive travel between Bengaluru & Chennai **About the Role:** We are looking for a highly driven **Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Relations** to build and expand hiring partnerships for learners pursuing & successfully clearing different levels of globally recognized finance certifications such as **ACCA, CMA (US), CPA (US), CFA** , **FRM** and other finance programs. This is a high-impact, business development-focused role requiring aggressive corporate outreach, client acquisition, and relationship management to generate quality placement opportunities for early-career finance professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** ●      Identify, approach, and acquire new hiring partners across Bengaluru and Chennai. ●      Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance Leaders, and Hiring Managers. ●      Generate job opportunities for learners pursuing ACCA, CMA, CPA, CFA,FRM and related finance programs. ●      Develop and manage a strong pipeline of hiring partners through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings. ●      Drive repeat hiring by strengthening existing corporate relationships. ●      Partner with internal Career Services teams to ensure successful interview coordination and placements. ●      Track hiring trends and identify new employer opportunities within the finance ecosystem. **Preferred Target Companies** Big 4, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Shared Services, Investment Banking Operations, Accounting & Audit Firms, Consulting Firms, BFSI, FinTechs, Corporate Finance teams, and Finance Outsourcing organizations. **Desired Candidate Profile:** ●      5–10 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Recruitment, Staffing, Career Services, or Enterprise Sales. ●      Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate hiring partnerships. ●      Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ●      Prior experience working with Finance, Accounting, BFSI, Consulting, or GCC clients is preferred. ●      Existing networks within the finance hiring ecosystem will be an added advantage. ●      Willingness to travel extensively between Bengaluru and Chennai. **Qualifications** ●      Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. ●      MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. **Success Metrics** ●      New hiring partners acquired ●      Corporate meetings conducted ●      Job opportunities generated ●      Student placements ●      Repeat hiring from existing clients ●      Employer satisfaction and engagement Kindly send your updated resume on kirti.dudwadkar@imarticus.com
