Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Corporate Relations Manager to build and manage partnerships with hiring organizations. This is an individual contributor role focused on employer acquisition, stakeholder management, and driving successful placement outcomes. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and onboard new hiring partners through outbound outreach and networking. ● Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Founders, and Engineering Leaders. ● Understand hiring requirements and align them with suitable learner profiles. ● Coordinate interviews, hiring drives, and placement activities with partner companies. ● Manage employer relationships to drive repeat hiring opportunities. ● Maintain accurate records of outreach, hiring mandates, and placement progress in CRM tools. ● Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates on partnership and placement outcomes. Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ● 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ● Experience in employer partnerships or the recruitment ecosystem is preferred. ● Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound outreach.
