Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Corporate Relations Manager to build and manage partnerships with hiring organizations. This is an individual contributor role focused on employer acquisition, stakeholder management, and driving successful placement outcomes. **Department:** Outcomes **Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Hours:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 6-day work week **Experience:** 2–5 Years **Joining:** Immediate or within 30 days **Key Responsibilities** ● Identify and onboard new hiring partners through outbound outreach and networking. ● Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Founders, and Engineering Leaders. ● Understand hiring requirements and align them with suitable learner profiles. ● Coordinate interviews, hiring drives, and placement activities with partner companies. ● Manage employer relationships to drive repeat hiring opportunities. ● Maintain accurate records of outreach, hiring mandates, and placement progress in CRM tools. ● Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates on partnership and placement outcomes. **Requirements** ● Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ● 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ● Experience in employer partnerships or the recruitment ecosystem is preferred. ● Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound outreach. **Why Join Crio.Do?** ● Work with leading startups and technology companies across India. ● Play a key role in helping learners build successful careers. ● Own end-to-end corporate partnerships and make a measurable business impact. ● Be part of a fast-paced, high-growth organization with strong learning and career growth opportunities. **How to Apply** Interested candidates can DM me directly or send their resume to **navinya.aikal@criodo.com** Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
