**Roles & Responsibilities** - Ensure Zero Accidents - Creating Safety Awareness to Employees, Trainees and Contract Workers - Promote Safety Culture & Standardized Safety Practices - Ensure Legal compliance & Requirements - Ensure adherence to all customer requirements related to HSE **Desired Candidate Profile** - 12-16 years of experience in corporate safety or related field (automotive industry preferred & Top Preference for profiles handled 3 or more Factory safety officers). - Diploma in Industrial Safety (RLI) /B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering). - Strong understanding of environment health & safety (EHS), pollution control, legal aspects, EHS management principles.
