Major Resposibilities include: Preparation Analysis of Head count Labor Cost reports for plan, forecast actual Analysis of overheads for actualization for monthly COPA closing Settlement of Internal orders (Plant Maintenance/Depreciation etc ) Creation Maintenance of Assessment Cycle Actualization Settlement of Overheads Preparation of Expense report for plan, forecast actual for Plant Sales area Pricing for MIP Parts (Domestic/Export) CKD Business Export Pricing Financial Planning Analysis for Vehicle/MIP/CKD business including forecast Preparation of MIS report as per management/HQ requirement. Handle compliance audit related matter related to costing Cost accounting , Cost Analyzing, Budgeting Forecasting of Plant Overheads and Preparation of MIS Financial Planning and Analysis Overheads Analysis Reporting Monthly/ quarterly/Annually CR Plan for Plant overheads Fixed Variable Expenses Forecast actualization Shop-wise Process Cost per unit analysis Direct labour cost per hour Analysis Review of Utility Costs / per unit analysis Expenses Budget management -Allocation uploading PR/PO Commitment review roll over of budgets Review of Cost saving initiatives Review of Expenses proposals Preparation of Project Cost, Product Cost, Cost Monitoring, Cost Reduction, Cost Control, Cost price as per the management requirement SOP and Costing System.
