Were expanding our CPU Core RTL Design team and are looking for experienced microarchitecture / RTL engineers across multiple core domains to work on cuttingedge, highperformance processors. This is handson, highownership work not maintenance. **What youll work on** - Architect, design, and optimize CPU core microarchitecture - Own endtoend RTL in one or more domains: Fetch | Decode | Rename | Execute | Vector | LoadStore | Memory Management - Collaborate closely with Architecture, DV, Physical Design, Post-Silicon, Power and Performance teams - Drive performance, power, and area tradeoffs using real data - Deliver productionready, highquality RTL that goes into silicon **What were looking for** - Strong fundamentals in CPU microarchitecture and RTL design - Deep expertise in one or more pipeline stages (Frontend or Backend) - Proficiency in SystemVerilog - Experience with debugging, optimization, and performance analysis - 512 years of CPU experience (senior engineers very welcome) **Why join us?** - Youll work on core IP that truly matters, alongside worldclass engineers, in a team that values technical rigor, clean design, and engineering excellence. - This is an opportunity to shape the future of highperformance computing not just contribute to it. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. - Master''s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. - PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
