Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next. **Overview** The role supports sales execution and FSA enablement by driving high-quality, timely delivery across customer-facing processes, reporting, and operational workflows. This position partners with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, maintain process discipline, support customer and trade-related activities, and provide data-driven support for business decisions. The role also plays a key part in onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members while ensuring strong service levels across FSA desks. **Job Overview** - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across own desk, tagged FSAs, trainees, and contract resources. - Lead onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members to enable capability building and smooth transition. - Drive process optimization and value-add initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, standardization, and effectiveness. - Maintain process documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps and improve execution. - Provide customer-specific reporting and ad hoc support using tools such as Nielsen, E2 Open, and AFO, along with regional trade and sales reporting. - Support sales execution through contract management, deal sheets, portal submissions, pricing and promotion documentation, sell sheets, distribution planning, trade planner updates, and food show coordination. - Manage product setup, conversions, pricing forms, and supporting documentation with strong accuracy and attention to detail. - Demonstrate inclusive leadership, learning agility, accountability, and strong stakeholder collaboration in day-to-day work. **Minimum Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree required. - 2+ years of relevant experience in sales support, customer operations, analytics, trade support, finance, sales, marketing, category management, or retail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and execution discipline. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in reporting, data analysis, and customer-specific business support. - Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and customers. - Experience handling contracts, pricing updates, forms, and operational documentation. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Experience in onboarding, training, or mentoring team members is preferred. - Familiarity with Nielsen, E2 Open, AFO, and trade/sales reporting tools is preferred. - Demonstrated growth mindset, collaboration, integrity, and learning agility. **ELIGIBILITY** Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
