**Why this role exists** We’re building a brand that feels **effortless, future‑ready, and human** —across campaigns, social, web, events, and product comms. You’ll be the **creative north star** who translates strategy into unmistakable Ramco visuals, and who sets the **rules of the game** so every designer (in‑house + partners) can move fast without breaking brand. **What you’ll own:** - **Visual Identity & Systems** : Evolve and maintain a scalable design system—color, type, grids, illustration styles, motion language—plus templates for social, email, decks, event kits and landing pages. - **Concepting & Art Direction** : Turn briefs into campaign territories, moodboards, key visuals and storyboards; guide production to a high bar. - **Comms Hierarchy** : Define information hierarchy and layout logic so messages consistently land—across product pages, ads, carousels, and explainer content. - **Guardrails & QA** : Publish pragmatic brand guidelines; run lightning‑fast reviews to keep output on‑brand and on‑time. - **Design Ops** : Create repeatable workflows (brief → concept → review → ship), maintain asset libraries, and orchestrate freelancers/agency partners. - **Collaboration** : Partner with Brand Content on campaign narratives, social formats, and event collateral; coach the in‑house designer to grow craft. - **Day‑to‑day (agency‑style rhythm)** : Brief scrums → concept sprints → quick crits → iterate → ship. - Build **reusable starter kits** (Figma components, PS/AI templates) to cut ad‑hoc turnaround from hours to minutes. - Set **tiered quality bars** (must‑ship / polish / flagship), aligned to timelines and goals. **Must‑have skills** - 7–10 years in brand/visual design (agency or product), with lead/ownership over campaigns and systems. - Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe Creative Suite** - **Concept strength** **+ Craft:** typography, layout, motion instincts; mastery of **Figma/Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)** ; familiarity with modern AI tools for exploration (e.g., Firefly/Midjourney) and motion (e.g., After Effects). - Proven experience **leading designers/freelancers** , giving crisp feedback, and shipping on tight timelines. - Portfolio showing systems thinking (guidelines/templates) and campaign impact. - Typical Creative/Design Lead responsibilities include leading ideation, guiding teams, maintaining brand consistency, and overseeing delivery across channels—mirroring top agency and SaaS expectations. **Nice‑to‑have skills** - Motion graphics direction, art direction for photo/video, UI sensibilities for product marketing. - Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
