We want someone who lives online, knows what makes a video hold attention, and has the taste to make it feel premium. **What You’ll Actually Do:** Write killer scripts: Turn raw insights and product features into scroll-stopping hooks and natural dialogue for IG, and YouTube. Test & iterate: Constantly experiment with new angles, formats, and concepts to figure out exactly what makes people click and buy. Steal like an artist: Spot trending social formats and reverse-engineer them into ads that feel native, never forced. Build the machine: Create a repeatable system for coming up with ideas. We don't just want one-hit wonders; we want a playbook for winning creatives. Guard the vibe: You are the filter for good taste. Ensure everything we put out sounds right and looks premium. Work with the makers: Collaborate directly with editors and agencies to bring your scripts to life and tweak them based on real performance data. **You’re A Match If:** You’re a Writer First: You write punchy, engaging copy and know how to hook someone in exactly 3 seconds. You’re Chronically Online: You understand the pacing, sounds, and inside jokes of modern social feeds.
