**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Conduct thorough credit analysis of borrowers to determine their creditworthiness for home loans, mortgages, and other financial products. - Review financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess borrower's credit risk. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for affordable housing financing options. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of loan applications from origination to disbursement. **Job Requirements :** - 1-6 years of experience in credit underwriting or related field (e.g., mortgage underwriting). - Strong understanding of affordable housing, home finance, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and underwriting principles. - Proficiency in using software such as MIS systems for data analysis and reporting purposes.
