Job Description: SSIS Developer (ETL) KingswaySoft / Dynamics 365 CRM Role summary We’re looking for an experienced SSIS Developer (5+ years) with strong ETL delivery skills and hands-on experience using the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The role will focus on building, enhancing, and supporting data integration pipelines with strong SQL/database fundamentals. Exposure to Azure Data Factory and Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus. Key responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy SSIS packages for end-to-end ETL/data integration solutions. - Build and maintain integrations between source systems and Dynamics 365 CRM using KingswaySoft adapters/connectors. - Develop robust data extraction, transformation, and load processes including: - Incremental loads, upserts, and data synchronisation patterns - Error handling, logging, auditing, and restartability - Write and optimise complex T-SQL (stored procedures, functions, views, performance tuning). - Perform data mapping, data quality checks, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for data issues. - Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Support production deployments and BAU activities (incident fixes, enhancements, monitoring). - Produce technical documentation (ETL design, mappings, runbooks, support notes). Required skills & experience (must-have) - 5+ years of hands-on experience in SSIS development and ETL delivery. - Strong experience with KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit, specifically for Dynamics 365 CRM integrations. - Strong SQL Server and database skills: - Advanced T-SQL, query optimisation, indexing basics, execution plan understanding - Data modelling concepts and relational database fundamentals - Solid understanding of ETL best practices (performance, scalability, maintainability). - Experience with source control and release/deployment practices (e.g., Git/Azure DevOps or equivalent). - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a delivery-focused environment. Good-to-have (preferred) - Exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM data model and concepts (entities, relationships, option sets, lookups). - Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and cloud-based integration patterns. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (dimensions/facts, SCD, staging layers). - Familiarity with APIs/JSON/XML and integration patterns (helpful for CRM-related work).
