We truly appreciate your understanding! **Please find the below detailed job description and the company profile for your better understanding.** **Position: SAP CRM Consultant** **Experience: 10-15 years** **Job Location: Bangalore/Pune/ Noida** **Position Type: Full time** **Qualification: Any graduate** **Work Mode: Hybrid** **Technical Skills:** SAP CRM, S/4 Hana and CRM S/4 Transition. **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP CRM (ECC) and SAP S/4HANA Service processes. The candidate should have experience in implementation, support, migration, or transformation projects involving CRM to S/4HANA Service Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge, experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective service management solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on SAP CRM (ECC) support, enhancement, implementation, and transformation projects. - Participate in SAP S/4HANA Service Management implementation and conversion activities. - Analyze existing CRM business processes and support migration/transformation to S/4HANA Service. - Gather business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business needs. - Configure and customize SAP CRM and S/4HANA Service Management functionalities. - Support integration activities between SAP CRM, S/4HANA, and other SAP/non-SAP systems. - Perform system testing, defect analysis, UAT support, and production support activities. - Prepare technical specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and training materials. - Provide post-go-live support and resolve business-critical issues. **Required Skills:** - Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM (ECC). - Must have worked on SAP S/4HANA Service Management. - Experience in service process configuration and support. - Minimum one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project is mandatory. - Experience in CRM to S/4 Service transformation/migration is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of CRM service processes, customer interaction management, and service lifecycle management. - Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and technical documentation. - Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Project Experience:** - SAP CRM implementation projects - SAP S/4HANA Service transformation projects - CRM to S/4HANA migration/conversion projects **Why Coforge?** Coforge is a global digital services and solutions provider that leverages emerging technologies and deep domain expertise to deliver real-world business impact for our clients.
