Job Description CrowdStrike EDR Analyst / Administrator **Role:** Endpoint Security – CrowdStrike EDR **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and administer **CrowdStrike Falcon EDR** policies, configurations, and agent deployments. - Monitor, investigate, and remediate endpoint security alerts and incidents. - Perform endpoint containment, threat hunting, and root cause analysis. - Handle EDR upgrades, health monitoring, and compliance reporting. - Collaborate with SOC teams, customers, and OEM/vendor support for issue resolution. - Create SOPs, operational documentation, and support process improvement initiatives. **Must Have Skills:** - Hands-on experience with **CrowdStrike Falcon EDR** (policy management, detections, response). - Strong understanding of endpoint security, malware, and attack techniques. - Experience in incident response and ticket-based SOC operations. - Good communication and documentation skills. **Good to Have:** - Experience with SIEM integration and threat intelligence. - Exposure to cloud-based EDR/XDR solutions and enterprise environments.
