Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - **NGO management and project pipeline- finding** good NGOs and projects in line with the thrust areas and planning the CSR budget. - **Implementing CSR projects, end-to-end** project management and monitoring of CSR projects. Implementing the best project management practices to meet the timeline, budget and goals of the projects. - **Event Management**- Organize various events related to CSR such as annual CSR events , local grant events, project inaugurations, media events with the help of various internal functions & external agencies. - **Grant management**-Managing the grant operations and maintaining records. - **Program Design**- Designing impactful CSR programs for engaging with internal & external stakeholder - **Ground visits and reporting-** Travelling to project sites as needed for reporting and progress mapping for internal projects as well as NGO partner led projects - **Marketing & Communication**-Articulating internal and external communication through writing newsletters, blogs, case studies, posts as needed. - **Documentation**- Drafting various award applications, handling social media handles for CSR, internal event reports, annual CSR report, and leadership messaging on CSR. Managing inhouse foundation portal meant for news, donation, volunteering and ensuring timely updates - **Support with Annual Audits**- maintaining all budget and project related databases for helping with audit and legal requirements. - **Volunteering and employee engagement**- To handle volunteering across all India locations -handling network of CSR volunteers, organizing volunteering activities on monthly basis at pan India locations with help of these SPOCS - **CSR operations** - handling internal employee donations processing and for query resolution - **Data & Reporting-** On social responsibility activities to the management. **Preferred candidate profile** - You should be updated with the CSR law and pulse of development sector in India and global trends - Overall 7+ years experience in social sector. Experience with corporate CSR would be an added advantage. - Highly organized and self-driven - Strong team player. - Should be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize the tasks. - You should be an effective communicator and strong collaborator with wider networks (internal & external partners) - Experience of working in a matrix structure - You should be comfortable with travelling to tier 1,2,3 cities of India - You are good at report writing and presentation making and having a creative bent of mind. - Should be comfortable in a flexible style of work.
