CSR Executive (Offrole)

Job description

Position name: Executive-CSR Place: Corporate Office, Bengaluru A professional with 3+ years experience in implementation of CSR project, especially in the Education segment. The candidate should be familiar with managing project independently, due diligence, tracking results against indicators, monitoring and evaluation and data management. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation of CSR projects along with monitoring and evaluation aligned with the projects Theory of Change and log frame. - Develop and operationalize data collection tools for baseline, midline, and endline assessments. - Ensure regular data collection, cleaning, and analysis to track program outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators of the CSR program. - Lead periodic outcome monitoring and facilitate participatory review and reflection sessions with CSR team and partners. - Track project indicators against targets and flag variances proactively. - Coordinate with program teams to ensure alignment between program implementation and M&E frameworks. - Document & report progress against goals/targets, learnings and success stories from field for internal/ external communication periodically. - Build the capacity of program staff and community-based organizations on data collection, analysis, and utilization for program improvement. - Facilitate participatory monitoring with community members to enhance ownership and accountability. - Maintain a repository of MoUs and grant agreements, ensuring key terms and reporting timelines are tracked. - Support CSR compliance requirements related to data and reporting. Qualifications and Experience: - Must have a Post graduate degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies). - Must have 3 years or more experience in program/project management, monitoring and evaluation, in NGOs/ Multilateral agency-funded projects. - Understanding and experience working in education. - Strong understanding of MoU structures and grant utilisation/reporting processes. - Strong understanding of CSR laws, and reporting & compliance. - Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data and prepare clear reports. Skills and Attributes: - Understanding of program cycles in CSR. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. - Ready to travel to field in various geographies.
