This position focuses on addressing specific business requirements through innovative software enhancements and continuous collaboration to meet project goals effectively. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to perform independently and become an SME. * Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. * Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components. * Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience. * Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. * Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. * Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces. * Experience with content management systems and their integration within enterprise environments. * Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. * Understanding of software design patterns and best practices for scalable application development.
