Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance overall system performance are integral parts of the daily routine. **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. * Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. * Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. **Professional \& Technical Skills** * **Must To Have Skills:** Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). * Strong knowledge of quality management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems. * Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Quality Management modules to meet business requirements. * Ability to analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions within SAP environments. * Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP implementations. * Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP QM workflows to improve operational efficiency. **Additional Information** * The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). * This position is based at our Bengaluru office. * A Min 15 years of full time education is required. **Locations** * Job No. ATCI-R1-S2034170 \| Indore \| Required Skill: SAP Quality Management (QM)
