This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the progress and success of multiple projects within the team. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. * Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. * Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). * Good To Have Skills: Experience with Consumer Goods and Services. * Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to enterprise solutions. * Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, scalable solutions. * Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to coding standards. * Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP environments. Additional Information: * The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). * This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location. * A 15 years full time education is required.
