Job description

Coordinating with multiple departments Ensuring with better understanding of branch functioning. Coordinate with different Branch staff , Department heads for closure. Supervising day-to-day operations in the department. Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner. Preparing MIS report send to concern department and ensure the targets are meet. Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis. Maintaining accurate records and documenting all service activities Preparing presentations for performances, Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings. Hiring and training new customer care Executive Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods. Requirement: Bachelors degree Freshers or keen to Build career with Zeal in customer service position in BFSI , Banking Sales. Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills Good written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
