Job description

Relationship Building: Nurture long-term client connections from pre-purchase onboarding through post-purchase support.Communication Management: Answer inquiries, process feedback, and run targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with sales, IT, and product teams to address customer requirements and streamline processing.Data & Tracking: Monitor customer health metrics, engagement scores, and usage data to reduce churn.Growth Support: Identify cross-selling, upselling, and referral opportunities within existing accounts.
