Role & responsibilities • Call Type: Inbound & Outbound Voice Process (Domestic calls) • Languages Required: English + Hindi (or regional languages like Kannada, Telugu, Tamil) • Call Purpose: Assisting customers with real estate listings, plan upgrades, and service inquiries • Shift Type: Rotational shifts (Day availability) • Daily Expectation: Handling customer calls while logging real-time updates into the CRM system Preferred candidate profile Language & Communication Requirements • Fluency: Strong verbal communication skills in English combined with Hindi or regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc.). • Active Listening: Ability to listen patiently, understand user queries clearly, and respond with empathy without interrupting. • Clarity & Articulation: Clear pronunciation and the ability to explain complex platform features or listing details in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
