CX Technical Project Manager Area(s) of responsibility . Offshore Project Team Lead Experience: 12--15+ years managing Oracle CX/Cloud projects Lead offshore delivery activities for Oracle CX implementation programs. • Manage project plans, resources, deliverables, and timelines. • Coordinate functional, technical, integration, and migration workstreams. • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. • Facilitate status reviews and stakeholder communications. • Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project governance. • Support testing, deployment, and cutover planning activities. • Drive collaboration between onsite and offshore teams. • Monitor project performance and milestone achievement. • Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
