Customer Quality Engineer

Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Ensure quality assurance of plastic injection molded products by conducting regular inspections and testing. - Collaborate with customers to resolve any issues related to product defects or non-conformities. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. - Provide technical support to production teams on quality control procedures and best practices. **Job Requirements :** - 6-15 years of experience in the petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry as a Quality Engineer or similar role. - Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, including material selection, mold design, and manufacturing techniques. - Excellent customer handling skills with ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
