Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager Customer Relations & Order Management (CROM) Function: Customer Relations & Order Management Industry: Pharmaceuticals Location: Hyderabad Market: Europe / EU Job Purpose The CROM professional will be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the end-to-end order management process for the European pharmaceutical market. The role requires effective coordination with customers and internal cross-functional teams to facilitate timely order execution while ensuring alignment with applicable customer, commercial, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities \\* Manage customer relationships and order management activities for customers across the European market, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requirements. \\* Coordinate the end-to-end customer order cycle, including receipt and review of orders, internal processing, order status tracking, documentation, and follow-up through execution. \\* Act as a key point of contact for European customers, responding to order-related queries, providing status updates, and coordinating resolution of operational issues. \\* Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to facilitate seamless execution of customer orders. \\* Maintain working knowledge of EU pharmaceutical regulatory and market requirements relevant to customer servicing, documentation, product supply, and order execution. \\* Monitor order progress and proactively identify potential delays, supply constraints, documentation gaps, or customer-related issues, escalating them to relevant stakeholders for resolution. \\* Ensure accurate maintenance of customer, order, and transaction-related records, reports, trackers, and supporting documentation. \\* Coordinate internally to ensure customer commitments, delivery requirements, and business priorities are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders. \\* Support preparation of order status reports, customer updates, MIS, and operational trackers for management review and business decision-making. \\* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring effective communication and consistent service delivery. Candidate Profile \\* Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related discipline. \\* Relevant experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Order Management, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain Coordination, or International Business Operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. \\* Prior exposure to European/EU customers or markets would be strongly preferred. \\* Working understanding of EU pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and business environment. \\* Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills. \\* Demonstrated stability of tenure and ability to manage long-term customer/business relationships. \\* Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. \\* Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions and manage competing priorities within defined timelines.
