We are looking for a motivated **Customer Relationship Executive** to manage customer interactions, build strong client relationships, and support business growth through **cross-selling** and **telesales** activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle customer queries and provide excellent service. - Maintain and strengthen customer relationships. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling products and services. - Conduct telesales calls and follow up on leads. - Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets. - Update customer records and coordinate with internal teams. **Requirements:** - Graduate in any discipline. - 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Telesales, or Sales. - Knowledge of cross-selling and telesales processes. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. **Work Location:** Porur, Chennai.
