Customer Relationship Executive – Outbound **Hiring for our client, Startek** **Location:** Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai **Work Mode:** Work From Office (WFO) **Experience:** 6 Months – 1 Year (Outbound Calling / Sales – Mandatory) **Education:** Graduate in any discipline **CTC:** ₹26,000 per month **Working Days:** 6 Days a Week **Weekly Off:** 1 Day **Shift:** Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM About the Process The Wealth Mutual Fund outbound process involves engaging with customers to promote Mutual Fund products, explain portfolio options, drive conversions, and support customers throughout their wealth-related journey. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to customers to explain Mutual Fund offerings under the Wealth portfolio. - Understand customer investment goals and align suitable Mutual Fund products accordingly. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication. - Deliver high-quality sales pitches and handle customer objections effectively. - Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up records. - Meet sales, productivity, and call quality targets consistently. - Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory norms, and audit requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience - Graduate in any discipline. - 6 months – 1 year of experience in an outbound calling or sales process is mandatory. - Excellent English communication skills. - Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to drive sales through advisory-based conversations. - Good understanding of Wealth / Mutual Fund processes is preferred. - Ability to handle customer objections confidently. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined. - Basic computer proficiency for CRM and documentation. Additional Benefits **Joining Bonus – ₹10,000 for NISM 5A Certified Candidates** - ₹5,000 after successful completion of 30 days. - ₹5,000 after successful completion of 60 days. Selection Process - Versant Score: 4 & 5 - HR Round - Operations Round Important Candidates should be comfortable working from the Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai office and working in rotational shifts within the 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM window.
