CRM Operations fixed price / defined scope work / part time / over 6 months / fully remote. Qualifications • CRM operations platform execution experience essential, any tool experience considered e.g. Hubspot, Braze, Bloomreach, Optimove, InsiderOne, Salesforce, Moengage etc. • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including managing customer databases, segments, and campaign workflows. • Effective communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, presenting findings, and supporting client-facing discussions. • Sales awareness and understanding of how CRM and retention strategies support revenue growth and customer lifetime value. • Project management skills to coordinate CRM initiatives and handle timelines. • Engineering experience beneficial, not essential. • Analytical skills for interpreting CRM data, retention metrics, and customer behaviour to generate actionable insights beneficial, not essential.
