We're Hiring for Healthcare Advisor, who would be handling patient complaints regarding policy queries, claim queries and reimbursement queries. **If you're a fresher we'd love to talk to you.** **Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore** **Job Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients. - Assist members with insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries. - Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards. - Document customer interactions in the system. - Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. **Eligibility:** - Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility). - Excellent English communication skills. - Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. - Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts. - Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. - **Freshers Only\\*\\*** **Work Schedule:** - **Shift:** US Rotational Night Shift - **Working Days:** Monday to Friday - **Weekends:** Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off **Salary & Benefits** - **CTC:** **25,000/-** - **Performance-Based Incentives - 3500 to 5000/-** - **Night Shift Allowance:** **Paid per night - 150/-** - **Two-Way Cab Facility** - Paid Training - Career Growth Opportunities - Health & Employee Benefits as per company policy
