Job Title: Senior Digital Engineer - Dynamic CRM Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai. Experience: 6-8 Y - Position 1: Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure Functions; hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customer service. Additionally, should have worked with Azure DevOps (ADO), which is a key requirement for this role - Position 2: Import/Export data in CRM/Power Platform; Activities in CRM; Power Platform Auditing; Business Process Flow, workflows; Business Rules; Core Form/Fields UI CRUD Operations; Core Grids and Views, Search in CRM; Core Tables UI CRUD operations; Core user and team Security; Case Management (SLA, ARC config, Queues); Opportunity Sales Process (Quote Management, Orders, Insights); Associate should be flexible to work on support projects also.
