**Customer Support Executive Chat Process** **Location:** Gurgaon **Working Days:** 6 Days (Roster Off) **Shift:** Fixed Morning Shift **Job Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer queries via live chat and email. - Resolve customer concerns within defined SLAs. - Ensure accurate and timely issue resolution. - Maintain chat quality and customer satisfaction. - Document interactions in the CRM. **Requirements:** - Graduate in any discipline. - Excellent written English communication skills. - Prior chat/email support experience preferred. - Comfortable working 6 days a week with a roster off. **Contact HR :** 9821998604(HR)
