**Customer Service Executive Chat Process** **Location:** Gurgaon **Working Days:** 6 Days (Roster Off) **Shift:** Fixed Morning Shift **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services. - Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. **Requirements:** - Graduate in any discipline. - Excellent written English communication skills. - Prior experience in Chat/Email Customer Support is preferred. - Basic computer skills and typing proficiency. - Comfortable working 6 days a week with a roster off. **Contact HR :** 9821998604
