Job description

**-Preparing Dispatch Plan for US/EU region products** **-Sharing Logistics requirement to Logistics team based on dispatch schedule and Incoterm with Customer's** **-Tracking dispatch status to POD** **-Coordinating with Agents at US/EU for clearance and storage.** **-Managing cost of storage, movement, detention and demurrages at EU/US** **-Coordinating with customers on Delivery requirement at USA and arranging dispatches** **-Keeping track of charges being incured for every shipment and measuring cost to serve of each shipment** **-Keeping track of overdues for Logistics agent at US/EU and ensuring payment is being done on time** **-Keeping track of Customer Overdue and ensuring payments are being received on time** **-Continuously assessing Logsitics partners performance and develop more vendors** **-Measuring OTIF and ensure target performance is met**
