Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - **Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.** - **Provide accurate information about NoBroker services, plans, and processes.** - **Log, track, and resolve customer complaints through CRM/ticketing systems.** - **Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution.
