**Company:** Hexaware Technologies **Role:** International -Voice Process **Exp:** Minimum 1 year **Shifts timings:** 24x7 operations role with a 5-day work week **Preferred location:** Hyderabad(Gachibowli) **Interview Mode:** Virtual **Preferred candidate profile**: - Any Graduate. - 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, IOT, BPO, or related roles. - Experience in handling international customer support processes is preferred. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts **Job Description:** - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services, including hardware, software, and smart home devices. - Utilize advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex technical problems efficiently. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge. - Accurately document and update customer support tickets in the ticket management system, ensuring proper tracking and resolution of issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. - Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance technical and customer service skills. - Adhere to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support Interested candidates can contact the below person **Contact Person**: Mithra R / Jenil Raj 9629295702 / 7338737794
