Contact HR Danica 9702047648 Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer queries via calls. • Resolve customer concerns related to financial products and services. • Provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards. • Escalate complex issues when required. • Maintain customer records and adhere to process guidelines. Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum HSC/Graduate. • Good communication skills in English. • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. • Basic computer knowledge is required. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: 16,000 18,000 per month. • Plus Pacman of upto 2k and travel allowance of 2.2k Shift Details: • 5 Days Working. • 2 Rotational Week Offs. • Rotational Shifts (as per business requirements).
