Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37888 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - HYDERABAD - BIRLASOFT OFFICE # **Title:** **CX Field service \\_Sr Architect** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** - **Role:** Principal Consultant / Solution Architect – Oracle Field Service & Oracle CX - **Experience:** 8 to 15 years **Key Responsibilities** - Design end-to-end cloud solutions integrating Oracle Field Service (formerly TOA Technologies) with Oracle CX modules. - Lead full-lifecycle implementations from initial discovery through deployment and post-go-live support. - Configure complex OFS components including capacity management, routing configurations, collaboration, and mobility apps. - Map business processes to Oracle CX standards across Service Cloud (B2B/B2C), Sales Cloud, and Integration Cloud (OIC) - Architect robust integrations between Oracle CX/OFS and external ERP, CRM, or legacy systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs. - Optimize automated routing algorithms to improve field resource utilization and reduce travel times. - Enforce best practices for data migration, security configurations, and environment management - Consult with business leaders to translate complex operational requirements into scalable technical blueprints. - Mentor junior developers and functional analysts on project delivery standards. **Technical Expertise** - Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Field Service (OFS). - CX Portfolio: Proven experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow), Oracle CRM, or Oracle Sales Cloud. - Integration: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and middleware. - Plugins: Experience developing OFS custom plug-ins using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript **Professional Experience** - 8–15 Years of dedicated experience in Oracle CRM/CX and Field Service ecosystems. - Lead Experience: Minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Field Service implementations in a lead or architect role. - Industry Verticals: Experience in utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, or medical devices is highly preferred
