Offshore Project Team Lead Experience: 12–15+ years managing Oracle CX/Cloud projects Lead offshore delivery activities for Oracle CX implementation programs. - Manage project plans, resources, deliverables, and timelines. - Coordinate functional, technical, integration, and migration workstreams. - Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. - Facilitate status reviews and stakeholder communications. - Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project governance. - Support testing, deployment, and cutover planning activities. - Drive collaboration between onsite and offshore teams. - Monitor project performance and milestone achievement. - Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
