Summary: The Cybersecurity Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead is responsible for driving cybersecurity reporting, business analysis, dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting automation across the Cybersecurity organization. This role serves as the central point for transforming cybersecurity data into meaningful management insights, executive reporting, KPI/KRI frameworks, and data-driven decision support. The individual will partner closely with cybersecurity leaders to understand reporting requirements, develop analytics solutions, and provide visibility into operational performance, cyber risk, organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and transformation activities. The role requires close partnership with the Cybersecurity Governance Lead to ensure relevant, accurate, and timely data is available to support governance processes, executive reporting, leadership decision-making, and organizational performance management. Success in this role requires demonstrated experience in business analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, executive reporting, and cybersecurity metrics. Exceptional attention to detail is critical, as the accuracy, consistency, and quality of management information directly impacts leadership decisions and organizational credibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement • Partner with cybersecurity leadership and stakeholders to understand reporting, governance, operational, and executive management information requirements. • Gather, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics solutions. • Translate business needs into scalable reporting and visualization capabilities. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions to identify opportunities for reporting improvements and automation. • Develop reporting standards, definitions, and business requirements documentation. 2. Executive Reporting & Dashboard Development • Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, KRIs, and management reporting solutions using Power BI. • Develop meaningful visualizations that provide visibility into cyber risk, operational performance, service effectiveness, workforce metrics, and strategic initiatives. • Create executive-ready reporting that supports leadership reviews, operating committees, CIO/CISO updates, and governance forums. • Continuously enhance reporting capabilities to improve executive visibility and decision-making. 3. Cybersecurity Analytics & Insights • Analyze cybersecurity data to identify trends, risks, control effectiveness, operational performance, and opportunities for improvement. • Transform cybersecurity operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations. • Develop outcome-focused metrics that demonstrate cyber risk reduction, service maturity, operational effectiveness, and business value. • Support leadership decision-making through data-driven analysis, narrative development, and executive insights. 4. Reporting Automation & Process Improvement • Drive automation of cybersecurity reporting, dashboarding, and management information processes. • Eliminate manual reporting activities, spreadsheet-based consolidation, and repetitive data preparation tasks. • Develop scalable and sustainable reporting solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, transparency, and accuracy. • Measure and demonstrate improvements achieved through automation and process optimization. 5. Data Management, Quality & Governance • Establish data quality, validation, reconciliation, and reporting controls. • Ensure cybersecurity reporting data is accurate, complete, timely, and consistent across all reporting channels. • Maintain centralized reporting repositories and reporting documentation. • Partner with stakeholders to address data quality issues and improve reporting maturity. • Perform rigorous quality assurance reviews of dashboards, reports, executive presentations, and management information. 6. Governance Support & Organizational Performance • Partner with the Cybersecurity Governance Lead to support governance reporting, operating cadence reviews, and leadership forums. • Provide reporting and analytics support for strategic initiatives, transformation programs, remediation activities, and organizational priorities. • Support development of board-level, executive, audit, and management reporting materials. • Maintain a trusted and centralized source of cybersecurity management information. Required Qualifications: • 15+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Power BI Development, Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines. • Demonstrated experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI/KRI frameworks, and management reporting solutions. • Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions. • Demonstrated experience building Power BI dashboards utilizing data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices. • Demonstrated experience automating reporting processes and improving management information capabilities. • Strong understanding of reporting governance,
