This encompasses a broad portfolio including: - Network Enterprise Cybersecurity - Digital Workplace Digital Transformation - Cloud Intelligent Infrastructure Management - Program Project Management Services Our commitment to enhancing quality, fostering competitiveness, and investing in our workforce enables us to remain agile and responsive to dynamic market conditions. **Role Overview** The **Network Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering and Architecture Services Manager** is an execution-focused leadership role at a level below the L3 Global Sub-Capability Head (Head of Network Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering and Architecture). The role contributes to the transformation of the Global Delivery Unit into the **Future Mode of Operation (FMO)**, supporting: - Large-scale adoption of automation - Follow-the-sun delivery - AI techniques - A one-standard approach across Global Delivery Centers This is achieved while ensuring quality and competitiveness. **Organisational Context** - **Service Line:** HIT DWP - **Capability Line:** Network Enterprise Cybersecurity (NECS) **Purpose** The role is global in scope, with accountability across multiple locations, operating in a highly matrixed environment with strong cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholder management. You will be responsible for operationalising and executing globally defined sub-capability strategies within the Network Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering and Architecture domain. Key focus areas include: - Optimising service delivery - Improving operational performance - Ensuring delivery execution across locations While strategy ownership remains with L3 leadership, this role focuses on: - Operational execution - Prioritisation - Delivery governance **Key Responsibilities** - Execute and operationalise globally defined sub-capability strategy and operating standards aligned with HIT DWP Service Line strategy - Manage teams across multiple locations in a matrixed environment - Provide guidance to global and local teams, fostering learning, inclusion, and performance excellence - Ensure effective and efficient delivery through development of career pathways - Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of services ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability - Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across services and teams - Identify opportunities for business growth and market competitiveness - Establish and oversee reporting, review, and change-control processes - Drive adoption of Agile practices - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, organisational and GDU policies, including ESG principles - Manage financial targets within defined budgets and frameworks - Participate in pre-sales activities, including cost modelling and approvals - Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities and challenges **Key Objectives Requirements** **Experience** - Several years (at least 8) in the IT industry - Experience in leadership or management roles - Strong background in managed services operations with delivery excellence **Industry Knowledge** - Deep understanding of Network Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering and Architecture - Awareness of latest trends, challenges, and opportunities **Certifications** - Preferred (non-mandatory): ITIL, Project Management, Agile **Operational Excellence** - Knowledge of best practices including: - NEC Innovation Center - ECS platform management services - NECS ArchaaS (Architecture as a Service) - Expertise in process improvement, quality management, resource optimisation, and performance metrics **Strategic and Commercial Acumen** - Ability to support and execute strategic plans - Improve service delivery and client satisfaction - Align operations with organisational strategy **Financial Acumen** - Strong experience in: - Budgeting - Forecasting - Financial analysis - Ability to manage profitability **Leadership Team Management** - Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills **Client Relationship Management** - Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services **Communication Collaboration** - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to collaborate across global and diverse teams **Adaptability** - Ability to operate in rapidly changing environments - Strong problem-solving mindset **Global Cultural Awareness** - Experience working in multinational, cross-functional teams - Strong cultural intelligence **Availability** - Willingness to travel and work across time zone
