D365 F&O Functional Consultant – Finance

Job description

Required Skills & Experience • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O / AX Finance functional consultant. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes. • Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation plus support/AMS experience. • Working knowledge of India GST, TDS and statutory/localisation requirements. • Good grasp of month-end/year-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting. • Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Added Advantage • Prior experience supporting a retail or food chain / QSR business (high-volume transactions, multi-outlet operations, POS integration). • Relevant Microsoft certification (MB-300 and role-specific MB-310 / MB-330 / DP or PL series). • Experience working in an AMS / managed support model with SLA-driven ticketing tools (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira).
