**Role:** D365 Finance Lead **Mode of Hire:** Permanent **Experience:** 9+ Years **Qualification:** Any Engineering Degree **Work Location:** Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad (Hybrid ) **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with strong specialization in Finance modules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end D365 F&O Finance implementations and support - Gather requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, and support solutions - Conduct workshops and prepare FRD/FDD documentation - Manage UAT, integrations, and stakeholder communication - Provide training, go-live, and post-go-live support **Required Skills:** - Strong expertise in **GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank, Taxation** - Experience in ER, intercompany, credit & collections, cost management, and asset leasing - Strong business process and financial reporting knowledge - Flexible to work in EMEA time - 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST **Preferred:** - Microsoft D365 Certifications - Experience in global/multi-country rollouts
